I called back and auto system wanted the last four if my SSN. Didn't give it. Got live person. Wanted my Loan #. Didn't have one so they wouldn't provide any info. Told them not to call my number again. Will file for harassment if they do.

I have a brand new mortgage that my bank sold to these people, and YES I FReAKING know the payment is due on September 1st, geez, I'm not stupid enough to default on my first payment. I hope this isn't the future of working with this company, I got it. Go away. Your payment is on automatic pay and no I'm not giving you my SSN.

They are only open from 8 to 5pm. Located in California, but no local offices in any other states except sales offices 3 in california, 2 in texas, 1 in nevada, hawaii, minnesota and washington. Headquarters in California. so you have to do everything with a phone call. I work 8 to 5 with 1 hour lunch at 1200 and each person they attach to my loan goes to lunch at the same time so i can never get ahold of anyone after 5pm or before 8 and i can not accept phone calls at work. so this place is not people friendly towards people who work is strict areas.
