Midland Credit Collection has stooped to a new low, by poaching other accounts. We had a legit debt through them via a local hospital some years back & paid the debt off, along with our credit reports adjusted showing debts cleared. Fast forward 7 years and we have a sizeable medical debt we are once again paying off, as per contract. Midland is stating that we must pay THEM in full as we are in default (based on having a payment plan set up) or we'll have a negative credit rating. I have contacted the medical facility & was told that some accounts do get turned over to them, but not to worry as we haven't defaulted. Meanwhile, we are getting calls starting at 6 am (I guess they don't recognize Alaska has a time zone!) until 10 pm. Midland refuses to send us anything in writing about our alleged default status. I have reported them to the various consumer agencies, etc & hope the phone will stop ringing soon.

They called for my ex's father who I haven't seen or spoken to in over 4 years and have nothing to do with. I told them they had the wrong number and they said "thank you we'll take you out of the system! " I offered to give e them a couple contact numbers for him and they said no thanks & hung up!!

I get several calls a day from this number....since I got my new cell number. I work late nights and the calls start from them at 7 A.M. Have to keep my phone on when I am on call... They were looking for someone I have never heard of and they won't stop harassing me. The guy I spoke to called me a liar and said he would call u til I gave him a nu.Ber where the person he was looking for. Would be reached! How can I give him information about some o e I do t even know? This company should be put put of business!

I don't answer the phone for numbers I don't recognize and this number keeps calling me but never leaves a voicemail. I hate that. It is a waste of my time. It's probably another debt collector looking for someone named "Randy Wise" like the other company was.
