This is their job and is what they do. They will hound you with calls at all hours. Most of the time what happens is your number was added by whoever had an account or owe them money. Things you can do. Answer the call and tell them they have the wrong number and ask for them to take your number off their call list. If that doesn't work file a complaint with the FCC and BBC. get a printout of all your call logs and save it. Keep a paper trail of their annoying/harassing calls.
