Said they were calling from Citibank and pronounced my name wrong (Financial services) reported by


They asked Lisa I said yes but then she pronounce my last name wrong and she kept rambling on trying to figure out if I was the person she was trying to contact and then I proceeded to ask her why she was calling and she said I am with Citibank and then I proceeded to tell her I'm not sure why you're calling me on a Sunday if you're from Citibank I'm pretty sure this is a scam call and I hung up.

it's just citibank. I got a call bc my balance didnt get paid when i changed banks and forgot to reset my autopay for my citi credit card. I called the number back and it was an automated introduction for citibanks credit card stuff.

They used an automated system to dial. After I answered, it took 5 - 6 seconds for a human to come online. They claimed they were Citibank, and wanted to verify my personal information. I hung up on them.
