They have called me at least 3 times today to log onto my account. Newsflash to Citibank, I have other things to do than just drop everything to respond to a voice mail message. I'll get to it, but I don't need this kind of harassment. Any customer should be given sufficient time to respond.. Calling 3 times in 4 hours is not appropriate or professional!!

Freaking debt collector calling me every four hour I have send them a payment with my 1040-v with my 56 for internal revenue I don't owe nothing to no one I'm a private citizen file my ucc-1 so they can eat that stupid people they don't stop calling me I'm going to sue Citibank. For breaking my privacy security agreement.

Supposed Citibank representative asking me to make a payment (Debt collector) reported by


Representative asked me to make a payment on past due account which has been payed. They wanted to know date paid. I did not provide as Citibank has this info. They asked for my mailing address to send bill. Again, Citibank has this info so I did not provide. This is their second attempt. I’m filing a police report today! Do NOT give any info!!
