Calling about fraudulent activity on my VISA. Knew it wasn't a scam because I had also gotten text alerts for charges I did not make.

I thought it was fraud when it said my card was blocked, called my actual bank and turns out the call was legitimate. I would call your bank right after receiving this call to check your cards.

My bank initiated this service to call. I had a fraudulent charge with my bank card. I didn't deal with this call, I hung up and called my bank directly. I think that is the safer thing to do. My bank verified the call and the card fraud.

I received an automated message from this number indicating a suspicious transaction on my account. I called my credit union and they confirmed that there was a suspicious transaction and that they had initiated the call. Seems safe but when in doubt I always just call the credit union directly.

I've spoken with my bank before and they don't call and ask for my information. They already know it. This is a FAKE number, don't give them your information. Also it seems they may spam this page and put fake positives up for the number.

This company is one that actually breached my ATM card my making a small unauthorized charge on it. Then they call you on a weekend when your regular bank is closed and tell you that your card has been breached. They know your card number your name and your bank but don't have your pin number which they want to withdraw the cash instead of charging more merchandise! Don't give them any information but do call your bank fraud department and stop all charges until the following Monday when you should get a new ATM card.
