Good thing I called (Financial services) reported by


This number has been calling repeatedly and looked up and saw Merrick Bank. I called the bank myself (using the number on the card) and found out that Merrick bank changed their auto pay service a few months ago. I didn't receive the notice so I good thing I called. Anyone who has an account won't be charged a late fee but happy I found this forum and followed up.
