These people called me at 8:00am today. I thought by law, debt collectors can't call legally until 8:30am. Oh, that's right, PORTFOLIO RECOVERY doesn't think they have to do anything legally! They are the #1 Bottom Feeders of debt collection and should be shut down!! They're always calling to collect on old debts, that have gone far beyond the Statute of Limitations... such Losers. My advise to you, Don't Answer, they have 100's of phone numbers, I just keep collecting and blocking them, one by one.

This company calls my home 3 times a day. I have told them the person they are looking for does not live here. The women debt collectors just hang up, will not let me explain or give the right number.Today a gentleman called and I was finally able to give the correct information.

Portfolio AGAIN told them probably for the 100th time (Debt collector) reported by Tina
Woman from portfolio. I told her yet again to stop calling my number. And told her that I told them twice just last week to stop. Doesn't include numerous times I've told them over years. Portfolio has thousands of numbers. Sometimes their silent other times they hang up and times they start speaking til I ask who their with and to stop. On DNC list
