An unknown number left a VM on my cell number claiming to be a server and they were coming to my house the next day between 3-7PM to serve me and stated I needed two form of ID’s and if I needed to confirm the details about this claim I need to call 1-866-442-2853. I called the number the company claims to be Sand Castle Mediation. The company had my information, and I told them I never received any documentation. They confirmed they have my email address and they will have their compliance department send me an email to prove the outstanding bill. Nothing was ever sent.

They said I owed a loan and that I would be deemed in court or issued a warrant to my address and all sorts of stuff. Had all my information and told me that I should try to resolve with payment immediately.

threatened law suit- this number is also linked to Nationwide insurance but company is saying that they are Sand Castle Mediation. I did find a website for this company and it looks fake. Did not call company back.

DID ANYTHING HAPPEN WHEN YOU DID NOT CALL BACK? THEY GAVE ME A CASE NUMBER FOR MY BOYFRIEND AND TOLD ME TO HAVE THEM CALL HIM BEFORE 3 PM TODAY.. NEVER GOT A CALL EVER BEFORE.. WHY NOW?

Yes i receved a call from this num 1866 442 the left a message with threats saying lhad a court date whe they havent confirmed who i am sand castle mediation called back in it was recording stay on line and youll be connected the other call when they called and i answered it u have been idenified recording

Threatened to come to my house and serve me papers and have me arrested. The number is for sand castle mediation. They are all very threatening when you talk to them. They should check state laws what they are doing is illegal.
