Claimed to be our personal UHC Navigator, but not sure. UHC is a pushy Insurance company, trying to run our lives. Why do we need a navigator to get where we don't need to go?

Agreed. They are very pushy. And they use many many numbers but NEVER show their name on the Caller I.D.

A female called, said her name and left a message. I did not understand a single word, not who she was, where she called from and what the nature of her business was. My phone has a feature: press 8 and it will dial back. I did and most outrageous answering system started terrorizing me with extortion of every bit of private info. I had to hang up because I know in advance that if I ever sit through insufferable music and ever get to alleged human, she will put me on hold of disconnect or switch and, in any case, will ask the same questions that machine already asked. But not their unacceptable quality of equipment: they talk directly into mike, the sound is breaking and no way to understand them especially that I have hearing problem. Thus, it is not a scam call because I don't think they sell me anything, and yet it is scam anyway because what would be the point to waste half a day to get through and then the girl wouldn't know why I am calling?

Said she is my assigned worker designated to follow up on if I need any help with understanding their services or if I have any questions. Not trying to sell anything and No personal info was asked of me. And she did ask for me by name. Not a sales cold call.

United Healthcare has gone to the trouble of assigning a dedicated Service Navigator to YOU, calls will be from 866-233-2148. The least you could do is answer the damn phone.

Claims to be from United health wanting to discuss changes. I called United and they denied calling several times day.I told them they can mail me what they want me to know because I will not be answering their calls from different numbers unless they some kind of code or system set up so I know it is really them.
