The number in question did not ask for any personal information and I verified the same information in my banking app. It’s also worth noting that around the same time. I also received a fraud verification text from BBVA if this is a scam I am not able to discern what they were trying to get from it. Most likely this is all legit has all of the charges in mentioned were currently pending including ones I made several days before the call
