They said a formal complaint was placed against me for defrauding a company intentionally by taking out a loan that was deposited into my bank account in 2012.I haven't had a bank account since 2017. She asked me to confirm my last 4 digits of my ssn but I did not. They refused to give me the company name or the name of the person I was speaking with. She became angry and rude telling me "good luck in court then hung up on me when I refused to pay them.

A muffled male voice says if I am or know this person(not me or anyone I know)--I am legally obligated to call back as there is a serious complaint against this person!--How did they get my private numbers?!And why are they bothering me?!!!!

Yes I just had this call. The voice was disguised and said there was a complaint and to call them back. No way. I knew by the way the voice sounded this was a scam. I blocked this number for sure.
