BBVA Compass Bank, Bank, loans , It was BBVA calling about my car loan. My payment is late and it was an automated reminder call asking when I would make my payment. I was able to select an option from the automated system and set my account up without having to talk to anyone. Now I won't get anymore calls about my payment being late. If you've got a loan from BBVA and are behind like a lot of people rn bc of the pandemic, go ahead and answer. The automated thing was super easy to use. It asked if I'll be paying it within 10 days, and I will be, so it was just as easy as selecting #2 and being done.
