Called demanding payment which was not late. Checked and check had cleared bank. They still insisted I pay them by phone. Refused. Caller asked if I had ever sued anyone or knew a lawyer. This is just plain crazy. No wonder Sears has financial problems. I refuse to go in the store anymore.
