Like some of the people stated above, this is a company used by many different banks to detect fraud. I received a voicemail and text message from this company about fraudulent activity on my bank account. I was afraid it might be a scam, so I didn't respond, but I did call my bank. They confirmed that they use this company (FIS although, that wasn't identifiable on my phone) and there indeed was fraudulent activity on my card. So, this is a legitimate company/service, although you might not recognize it. Contact your bank to make sure.
