Got a call from this number saying I had some fraudulent activity on my card and to call this number back. I chose to call the number on the back of my card and it turns out that there was fraudulent activity.

This was a third party fraud alert my credit union uses. She confirmed a lot of declined charges on my debit card from last night and closed my card for me since it was compromised. She was super helpful and nice! Definitely legit. This was a call back after I received a text last night from 32874 asking me to approve or deny suspicious charges. They said they would call between 8am-9pm today and they did.

I received an email with this number as the call back. email looked suspicious because it did not have the complete correct name of the credit union. Turns out it is a legit service, used by many credit unions, so the email was kind of generic.

i declined this fall for days, noticed my card was frozen, decided to call this number back and they asked to verify recent charges on my card which were me. very strange. seems not to be a scam who knows though.

Same happened to me. It is actually a legit number. I called my bank directly and they confirmed they use a third party.

This was a fraud detection hotline call. There was suspicious activity on my debit card through my credit union, and they called to confirm whether or not it was me. It starts with an automated system that sounds fishy - I hung up and called my bank directly, and they confirmed that the call was legitimate. Once you get through the automated system, it transfers you to a live person.

This number called me and I didn't answer because my phone marked it as scam likely. After looking it up here, I called back. I had to enter my birthday, and a robot told me about some unusual charges on my debit card. They were all me, but it had been flagged because I donated online to someone's fundraiser in another continent.

I initially did not answer, got a voice mail asking to call them back regarding my debit card account with Honda Federal Credit Union. They had called on behalf of Honda Federal Credit Union. Had seen numerous attempted charges on my debit card from Walmart in Bentonville, AR. (Walmart's headquarters). They provided me with detailed information about pending charges which I verified on the credit union website while looking at my account. Turned out they were fraudulent attempts. They were calling me to verify whether or not I had made those charges. Legit call and service.

The call was initially blocked due to spam block on my phone. I checked the # on this website first, then called my credit union, using the # on the back of my card. They informed me that the fraud alert was legitimate. If the # is unknown, I suggest always calling the institution back on a # known to you as legitimate, in case a scammer is cloning the # for their own purposes. Better to play on the safe side.

called about fraudulent transactions on my card. Didn't answer the first time but called back. Had me confirm some bits of information and was connected to a live person who advised my card had been compromised and they were forwarding the information to my credit union. They texted, as well. Very glad I called them back.
