Call asking who was the owner of [my business], I ask them to identify, replay with an: I can't tell you that until you identified first. they hung on me since I was firm not to affirm or deny any information.

I called them back and same person answered, which would never happen with Spectrum. Told her I thought it was a scam and she said ok and hung up.

They have been calling our business stating that our account is past due and they will be shutting off our account tomorrow. I know for a fact it is not past due because it gets taken out of her account every month. Then they wanted to argue with me that they were real after I told them that their phone number was listed as a scam

Man called and said my bill was past due. I said I called and paid it yesterday and have the confirmation number at work. Called the same number back with confirmation number and they said there was no sign of payment and a confirmation was only a confirmation of activity not payment. I said I would have to check my credit card and call back. Then I googled the number. SCAM.
