Went on to say they are gonna freeze my pay my bank and everything I have. I told them I've never opened a HSBC MASTERCARD DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT IT IS. They had no number they had no dates no nothing said their attorneys keep that info until court. **** SCAM DONT FALL FOR IT.

Could not understand very beginning of message, was a robocall. Threatened a potential court filing against my name and social (neither of which was given). Said a court summons may be issued to appear before the District Attorney.

Got a robo call saying I would be summoned to court. Returned the call and they said I was given as a reference for someone I don't even know. I informed him I don't know the person in question, and they said they take me off their list. Of course I'll have to wait and see if that's true or if I'll keep getting the calls over and over again now that I've answered it.

Did a good job at scaring me at first they had my full legal name and DOB but then I realized it was $536 I was 18 and it's been like 15 yrs how could it be haunting me?! Best one I've heard so far. Spoke to a woman who said she’s from a law firm there’s a lawsuit filed for fraud from an old payday loan called cash advance for 1400 from 2011 and they are sending someone to my home in a week to provide a summons for court appearance and a warrant for my arrest???? I told her I needed to disputes this and she told me no it’s obv it’s mine and I asked the name of her company and was reluctant to answer so I hung up and filed a FTC complaint and N.Y.S. district attorney
