Quicken Loans for mortgage re-fi (Financial services) reported by


I went to a website to research re-fi rates. I was told that 3-4 companies would call me. One was Quicken Loans. Even though I did not qualify, they were very polite and professional. This company, like many others, use a "robo-dialer" to call. When you answer there is a lag before a human picks ups. I spoke to 2 humans during the call. Voicemail messages are not left because the robo-dialers are voice-activated. If no one picks up to say hello, it disconnects and calls back later. Overall, I had a very good experience with them. If that changes in the future, I promise to come back to this site and report it.
