they never stop calling!

I've asked them to stop calling so now they apparently call twice as much even laughing as they leave a message. They call twice at the same time so this service blocks them but the second goes thru since it's dealing with the first. You can hear the double noise it makes blocking. They even called a few minutes ptior to 9 am to insure waking me up after being up all night extremely sick!
