Spectrum should be notified that this number show up as "Rachael and Frank" on customers phones. If they are doing it on purpose for some strange reason - shame on them.

I got legitimate calls regarding my internet service. It's funny that it shows up as "RACHEL AND FRANK". At first I thought it was a wrong number, but now I always know "RACHEL AND FRANK" means Spectrum.

After placing a Charter order online, I got the same thing, RACHEL AND FRANK. Since most individuals don't have toll-free numbers and if they do rarely make outbound calls with that number, I also assumed it was SPAM. If Charter (or whatever they currently call themselves) can't use a known customer service number that says "Spectrum" or "Charter", how do they expect anyone will answer, particularly when it suggests SPAM? Of course the CSR's don't tell you to expect a call from an 855 number or from RACHEL AND FRANK. And these are the same people who want me to go with Spectrum Mobile wireless service when they can't get the stuff they've had for years right... No thanks...
