Changes in my Service (Scam call) reported by


Phone did not even ring but a message played stating it was Spectrum and changes were made to my service. If changes were not made I was to call this number immediately. I crossed referenced the number with Spectrum (it did not match). I then called Spectrum. There were no changes made and account was in good standing. They suggested blocking the number.
