First I got a call from a location service trying to locate me because there's 2 claims filed against me and I needed to call the 18555383608 number. I called them and asked why i havent received any paper work on this. and he said its not our job to send out paper work. i then told him it was a scam and he freaked out how he will just see me in court!

Scam debt collector/harassment (Scam call) reported by


They claimed to be filing criminal papers for fraud for an unpaid payday loan. Both the man and woman stated they were with the legal department of Liberty Processing. Neither would consent to sending a valid proof of claim through the mail as required by law and the woman hung up after screaming "I'll see you in court!" All in all it was an amusing call. They did not take kindly to being called a scam. The woman was young and I advised she work harder on her acting if she's going to attempt to get money from strangers.

They claimed thet are filing criminal papers for fraud for an unpaid payday loan. They would not say name of their company or send me proof of debt.
