This number is being provided on the Experian web site under the Dispute category. Since you can't dispute hard inquiries on line Experian lists this contact number to call. First off answering the call they ask for your social security number next you get transferred over to a representative supposedly and then they ask for more info and put you on hold and never come back. This is scary and now under Experian's name who is suppose to protect your credit and info here is a number being handed out that could be a fraudulent activity.

This number was associated with Experian and I was told to call it to take an alert off my report. When I called I was asked for a ton of personal information and then asked to upload a picture of my drivers license. When I said this is too much info over the phone and I will not upload. They said they would not remove the alert from my report. They got away with my info and I don’t think they are associated with Experian at all.

Same thing happened to me just a few min ago. They said I owe money to T-mobile but when I call T-mobile they told me everything it well with my account. This phone number is a scam

The same just happened to me including giving out your ss # My phone came back with an alert showing suspected scam. Now I'm wondering what damage is being done next. This was a number provided by Experian.
