Annoying Ally Financial, I have always paid and stayed a Month in advance, payment Due date on the 5th for $506 I pay $600 $93 over, which is supposed to go towards the car (principal) but noooo just last week I found out they have been putting that extra towards interest. I make payments on the 1st for some reason 1 payment fell thru cracks I have auto payment using my banks bill pay there is NO way this happen got statements to prove it now they saying am 6 not 1 payment away from paying off my car $36,000 and they want to pull all types of BS and hidden fees also saying my interest rate went up from 3.49% to 10.49% and they calculated interest for the whole life of the loan. Nahhhh not happening. They are crooks. This last payment I cancel my bill pay and sent it via mail with a letter attached telling them This is my last payment and I expect my title in mail soon. They have been calling me like crazy all types of hours from 8am to 10pm today is Sunday I was In church and my phone kept going off 4 back to back calls in less than 30 min with demands of more money saying my car payment is past due. NOPe ALLY you have been actually over paid. I don't owe yall nothing. I am recording every call I get from them
