I have an account with Credit One but I don't answer calls from any financial service, I call them back from the number on my card. I called Credit One directly and they said this number is not theirs and it is likely a scammer, which is why they never leave a message and the caller ID does not spell their name correctly. I blocked the number and reported it to my phone company.

Called 4 times in 2 hours. No message left. I called back. Said they are credit one bank Asked why they called me 4 times In the am, since I work nights the calls kept waking me up. Lady said oh there must be a reason asked for last 4 digits of ssn. I said I will call back once I'm awake. They hung up.

This is NOT Credit One Bank. It's a scammer pretending they are. I called Credit One since I do have an account with them and they told me this is not a number of theirs and it is a scam

He said they represented all my credit cards and could guarantee me a lower rate. When I asked what cards he could not tell me specifics, just asked which card I wanted to pay off. I pay ask my cards off monthly, so I know it was a scam.
