Missed call and left a message. After reading here, I called back and it is the BJC billing offices, but it is very suspect that they leave a robo message and do not identify themselves in the voicemail. They can at least say the company name!

Yes exactly specially when I have looked on my patient chart and my balance shows a zero balance. Makes me wonder if someone is using BJC to get people’s info. All the voice mail will says is my name telling me to call a 1800 number. My phone will also show spam if someone try’s to call me and I never had my phone set up like that so I wonder if it is something new the cell carriers are doing?
