702-680-0991 call from this number and left 855-230-3973- a recording asked for an unknown person- l called the 702 number and asked the name of the company was told FM Capital Compliance l asked where they are located was told New York asked why they had a 702 number and got a excuse about various lines when l question more he hung up

Said I owed to spotloan. Threaten to contact my employer and to file criminal charges against me. When I said debt collection was against the law to threaten criminal charges he became nasty and hung up.

A very important message is intended for the individual (a robotic voice gives a name). Tt anytime you can touch any button and will be connected to our office. We are attempting to reach this individual. Our client has retained our services to speak to the individual previously mentioned. Mail and phone calls has sent to this them on many occasions. Our client would like to offer a tax reduction regarding a delinquent matter pending in our office attached to this individuals name and social security number.

My caller ID said it was private number so I did not answer. I later heard the voicemessage. He said his name was Brad Williams, no other information like from company name or anything. He said he needed a statement from a family member no later than today and stated he would notify the proper parties if my family member did not cooperate. I will not be returning the call. I find it strange "Brad" did not state where he was calling from or what it was about.

left a message saying it was regarding a civil matter regarding my husband and if i knew his whereabouts to call back 855-230-3973 and left an extension. no company name. when i searched the number, it brings up a business called “Fancy Scents Candle Co.”. definitely a scam. not calling back

I received the same call from that phone number. I looked up the number and it shows Fancy Scents Candle in Mississippi.

Same as the above. Caller Rubin Marshall leaves VM asking for the where abouts of first name made up and using my last name. He request a return call and he even uses a case number, trying to scare me. I have had three calls, with a lot of time between. First caller two times; same voice with different names. Another two the same recently. Caller ID says, unknown.

Said they needed to get a hold of a family member (Unsolicited call) reported by


Called private and asked me what relation was I to a certain family member and that they needed them to call asap due to a civil matter or that they will be in big trouble. Said her name was Lisa Williams with ext. 1003. Case number was given in the matter too. Told my family member about it and they said it was a scam and sure enough we looked number up and here we are. Dont call the number back! We didn't!

called from an “unknown number” and said they had a complaint filed attached to my sisters social security number, and to call his firm back at the attached number. Never gave the name of the firm, but If you google don marks attorney it pops up with reports of scam callers, plus none of the other info in the Voicemail was accurate so I don’t intend on calling back.

Saids he is on a civil matter on our son. He wants us to have him call them but they said they have his number and knows his address so why are they harassing us. They called my husband phone also. 90382150xx. Can we get them to stop.
