He said he was a manager for microsoft then attempted to get me to alter functions on my family computer. When I asked to speak to his supervisor I could tell it was a scam because he didn't have a supervisor. I then hung up and tried to report to police, this has happened more than once. I also tried to call it back and the call got redirected to Telus payment services somehow? I would look into this number and report it to local authorities. BECAREFUL. DANGER.

Of all the phone numbers that Telus selects they pick my youngest son. A simple error on their part for a transfer of $25.00 to a different account. Knowing minimum wages and collection costs, I guess justifying their job and this is truly a joke in the scale of economies.

This phone number is Telus calling to square up unpaid accounts. It is not a scam. This is the step before it goes against your credit rating. They call multiple times hoping they don't have it. I verified the unpaid balance on a previous account.

know well over year later, wonder if telus actually got any $ you say you owed...yet there are those of us who have not had telus or for us, no outstanding debt, never have had or owe anything getting calls from this and other numbers claiming to be mainly telus or calls with them hanging up or something and these are harassment at 6 in the morning or after 10 at night and when you have health issues, these calls are horrid
