It's not telemarketing. It's a legit company that only contacts those who have an open account with them. They are not selling or upselling anything at all. If you continue to ignore them it may hurt your credit.

It's Nelnet! We owe back our student loans. I got scared and hung up before it connected to a human.

Juiced

Don't get scared of them, I just got the call from them as well. 1 year behind on my loan payments due to hospitalization and multiple surgeries and they froze my account until I am well enough to go back to work. All I had to do was send in doctors note and IRS forms showing my drop in income.
