Folks here are saying it's Pioneer? That company did really acquire my student loan. But they leave no messages, and they hung up on me when I did answer. I bet they are pretending I'm ducking my loan so they get penalty money added to it.

They claimed they were from Pioneer Debt Recovery or something regarding my student loan debt. Asked me some questions, some information I did give, but hung up when they said they would have me talk with someone about making arrangements to pay the debt. I’m scared that someone will try to do something in my name, but my credit is so bad the joke will be on them!
