This number is literally +1 number from the actual fraud line given to us from an in person bank representative when we went in to check on a fraudulent charge. She checked on this number and didn’t find it in her check. Same with the person on the actual fraud line call so not sure if it does belong to BoA.

It’s a scam. Tried to get my mom to give info over the phone. The number is not the same as the number on BOA app. Message comes in saying there’s been a false charge and wants you to call them from a number not represented by BOA. Please beware this is 10000000% a scam

robo call claimed to be from BofA but used phrasing & descriptions that were odd. when calling number back out of curiousity, system asked for last 4 of ATM debit card, phone access ID or full account #. also call from this # yesterday but was live person asking for similar info. checked account and no issues or alerts. totally bogus

I received a text that included this number warning me of possible fraudulent use of a credit card. I called the number on the back of my card (not this number) and was told by the bank that the text was legitimate. BTW, the charge was fraudulent. I appreciate the text alert and would not have cared what time it hit my phone.

Be careful! They called me and asked my Driver Licence number and my BoA online ID. My cousin works in BoA for 3 years and he told me BoA representatives never ask for sensitive information like online ID or Driver Licence number. It was totally scam! BE CAREFUL!

I had a weird transaction on my debit card two days ago, so the legit B of A purged the card. This caller had those last 4 digits and wanted me to enter the last 4 of my SSN. I hung up, looked at my B of A account and had no alerts. No alerts on the mobile app, either. The actual Fraud Department had a different number listed on the actual site. When I spoke to a rep, she advised there were no new alerts on my account. This is a phishing scam!
