Defamation of my character! They initially lied and stated there was a need for important medical information. And proceeded to give me a number to call. I called with a file reference number. And then it was stated I owed a debt. None of the information they had matches my personal id. Number one; I documented them stating they have medical docs, a violation/abuse of HIPPA law and to falsify me as owing a debt is defamation of my character. Next is consulting with my attorney because it is considered harassment as well.

They called me in early June claiming to be a debt collector, and because I was expecting a call from someone I stupidly answered it. Block or put in caller ID as "do not answer".

It is a recording indicating that you've been selected for an RBC insurance program - I don't have any RBC products at all. Then when I tried to call it back, I got an automated answer service indicating the same - that I was selected for a special insurance program but that I would need to gather some information and wait for an agent to call me back to finalize. SCAM!
