Synchrony Bank calling for PayPal regarding an inquiry I haven't made with either. The phone number must be spoofed as it googles as legit but I never initiated any action with either and it was an automated voice calling to tell me to call 844-373-4961 back. The number for Paypal Customer Service is 844-368-6632 as identified using the app.
