I already knew about the recall, but had yet to fix the airbag in question. I assume that this company is hired by many corporations who have recalls and does follow ups. I was immediately put in touch with a local Subaru dealer, who set up a timely appointment for the new airbag, all at no cost. Once again .. Very legit and helpful.

Original caller from Subaru Corp verifying I still owned an Impreza and if I was aware of the airbag recall. Once details confirmed, he and I connected via 3 way call to my local Subaru dealership to schedule airbag replacement. Once dealership was on line directly with me, the Subaru Corp caller disconnected. I've been trying for nearly 2 yrs to get this airbag replaced but was told due to recall expansion, the parts were not available. Had I not answered call, I'd still be waiting. **Called the dealership that gave me appointment(after looking up their number) and verified this is a legitimate call and I am scheduled in two wks time for airbag replacement! Fonally, a legit 800 number!
