I received a message from this #8103394395 advising me the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me, my residence & my employment is under state investigation. Call did not come from IRS. Just spoke with IRS directly & their is no lawsuit.

Total scam. Robo-call purporting to be from the IRS telling me that I am getting sued and that this a final notice. Beyond stupid. Heartbreaking to think that people would fall for this, so don't!

Hahaha I got a call and text number from this number 8103394395 saying I was under investigation in my state and a warrant was issued for my arrest. That I needed to call in and provide information and money lmao right ok I am not stupid.. I reported the calls to government website and blocked their number. But they keep calling from different numbers.. its a way terrorist finance there groups so don't give them the time of day -https://www.imf.org/external/np/leg/amlcft/eng/ Anti money laundering-

Scam call reported by SUSPECT FRAUS CALL
person called and claim that he is from the IRS and need additional information, NAME , ADDRESS, DATE OF BIRTH to verify that he is speaking to the correct person, when I asked his name and employee ID number the phone disconnect. SUSPECT FRAUS BUEAUSE I KNOW THAT IRS DO NOT CALL.

Received a call from the above number - stating that this was the final notice from IRS and I needed to call immediately to stop a pending lawsuit against me at my address and my company. A. IRS does not sue, they send you notification of their claim and what we need to do to resolve the issue. B. I do not have a company. Lastly, I received an email from the Secretary of Treasury, giving his name, credentials and information pertaining to his department. In order to receive funds set aside for me, I needed to send $150. for processing the check. Needless to say, I looked him up and found all of his information on the Treasury web site. I sent his an email stating this person was using his name and information to solicit funds - sent him a copy of the email I received. Now with all of this information, why hasn't someone lodged a complaint or lawsuit for companies doing this kind of fraudulent activity?
