A disguised woman's voice said it was the IRS. I called the number they gave (888-103-3449), Division 8349. No such number, used the number they called from. A foreign guy said I was being investigated for tax fraud. Ask where he was calling from, he said Columbia and he said I needed to pay. I informed him I was taping the conversation and was taking it to the IRS here in my state, he immediately hung up.
