Had an accident, not my fault, person at fault who hit me at a stop from behind at 55 mph had lapsed on their insurance, but I'm carrying FULL coverage...and at the end only half of the truck checks has been paid or received of the last payment. the whole truck was paid off in full, we had GAP Insurance, sooo...Capital One Auto is awaiting the last payment of $1,500.00. I know they want their money, I didn't want to lose my truck by someone who wasn't paying attention, I didn't want permanent damage to my body either...BUT IF $1,500 WOULD FIX ALL MY PROBLEMS, I'D HARASS TOO!!! Capital One Auto Financial has talked to the Gap Insurance company and know the situation, has even received payments from them, yet harrass me EVERY SINGLE DAY to "Just touch base on what we've previously talked about..." Nothing I can do to help anymore, I've tried!

Capital One. Caller tried to convince me to pay off my loan on a totaled car, since insurance had made the final payment. I told them I don't give info to people that call me, even if they can give me all the info in the world and I'd call the number on the website.
