Chase card doesn't call customers for discounts. (Scam call) reported by


I had spoke to Chase representative about these calls. They told me they don't call customers and said to block the calls. Do not give them your credit card number for they will use it to purchase stuff.

A scamer is using Chase Card SVC's #. (Scam call) reported by


The scammer is using Chase Card Services number and states they are from card member services. I spoke with chase card services who's number this belongs to and they will never call you. I have reported it to the FTC and they will hopefully look into this. Everyone needs to be aware that these hijackers can take any number and make it appear on your caller ID that does not mean that, that is the number calling you. This person called me every name in the book when I refused to give him any information and asked him for his headquarters and his name. Keep in mind if you do have a bank contact your bank directly for any business concerns they typically will not call you for intrest decreases you normally have to call for that.
