robo call that said chase services or something in the user name. a robot voice talked about lowering your interest rates on a credit card and I hung up. didnt speak to an actual person. so I'm not sure but I think it's a scam.

I answered the call and they started going on and on about a lower interest rate and I told him I wanted to speak to someone it puts them on the phone and he whoever it was refused to talk to me they hung up on me so don't waste your time
