FAKING SPRINT SERVICE TO ACCESS YOUR PHONE! I have sprint and they wouldn't use a robo call to notify you that your service will be suspended. Following the directions of the robo call will give hackers access to your phone and then they'll use it. The people who gave this a positive review are VICTIMS OF THIS SCAM AND DON'T KNOW IT. They are ignorant dupes who are now propagating the problem here. it's very unfortunate so lets hope they get a clue and learn.

Called to say sprint services were suspended. Wanted you to push 1 to resolve issue. Would probably transfer me to a fake sprint employee to “collect a fee” or “get CC #” I just hung up.
