Sprint Wireless. Technical Support line (in my case, but could be other departments). Any number can be spoofed. I was expecting a call back from Sprint and the call was legit. If in doubt, just call it back instead of answering. Scammers can only fake the number displayed on caller ID, lol, they can't answer calls made to that number.

FAKING SPRINT SERVICE TO ACCESS YOUR PHONE! I have sprint and they wouldn't use a robo call to notify you that your service will be suspended. Following the directions of the robo call will give hackers access to your phone and then they'll use it. The people who gave this a positive review are VICTIMS OF THIS SCAM AND DON'T KNOW IT. They are ignorant dupes who are now propagating the problem here. it's very unfortunate so lets hope they get a clue and learn.
