They pretend to be Verizon. When you call the number back they forward it to Verizon and when Verizon answers they have no record of the call. This company forwards the number to Verizon because its supposed to make you believe them when they call you back.

Phishing call- claim to be VZW and I'm due credit for overpmt (Call centre) reported by


Call center with strong accent - phishing for personal information to refund over payment (which is completely bogus) my bill has not changed and payment amounts match. They have called over a dozen times and this is the 3rd time I have answered - this time I asked them why my statement does not show a credit balance and she asked for my 4-digit PIN so she could verify. I told her I would not give her my PIN and she hung up immediately with no additional response.
