Said i was prime suspect in IRS investigation. Could BARELY speak English. This was the first tip this was a scam. Nobody at the IRS that i have ever spoken with is foreign. Second if this were true i would be contacted by MAIL FIRST!! I called the number back later in the day and it went to a recording talking about rewards for it's members?? Total scam. I am going to report them to the REAL IRS!!

States he is from irs and that I needed to pay 5,000 dollars over the fone very rude he saI'd if u hung up a police o fiver is going to arrest me at my door right now I told him I was going to contact irs personally and resolve the issue and he got mad and told me that a legal arrest was going to be made by police department

This is clearly a criminal call. Topic: Speaker was claiming that I was responsible for fraudulent tax returns and liable for serious penalties, and that the police were coming to arrest me. Since I am in Canada and file with the CRA, a call supposedly from the IRS has to be false, The tone and accent of the voice, the stupid rhetoric, and the noisy background define the characteristics of a sociopathic scam call
