M&T Bank, Banking , This is definetly the toll free, INBOUND, customer service number printed on the back of some if not all M&T Bank's CC/DC's.ive noticed this number also listed in multiple places on their website. Im not sure why anyone would feel the need to or encounter an experience that would warrant a negative rating, that is unless they jumped the gun and rated the number without actually knowing why the bank was calling them in the first place. If this number is reaching out to you 1.) they are calling you back and you should hear them out 2). they are calling you due to an urgent account question they need answered 3). they are warning you about potential fraudulent activitie on your account. IMO, all of the reasons listed above for receiving an INBOUND call from this M&T Bank number are all valid and warranted reasons for thwm placing a call to you and again IMO great customer service. In no way does this number deserve the 8 negative ratings that triggered the app to automatically refuse an inbound call automatically adding the number to my spam list. GOOD THING i NOTICED
