Automatic message from Penn Credit Corporation who admit they are a debt collection agency and that I owe a debt, but in the automatic message, did not say from whom. I find this very suspect because I don't have any outstanding debts to my knowledge, and in the unlikely event there are debts in my name, they are definitely not legitimate.

They keep leaving ringless voicemails saying that I have a debt that needs settled. I know they're phishing, since all my accounts are current. Too bad there's no way to block these VMs, since I'm on the Do Not Call registry as well.

Penn Credit-I looked this up and they are scammers! If they persist, tell them you want proof of debt sent to you. They have 30 days to comply. If they are evasive or hang up, then don't worry. Report the call times and all phone numbers they use to the Do Not Call Registry. That's how I got Attorney Network Solutions(aka Attorney Poe/ANS)to stop calling.

He asked for someone that apparently had my number many years ago, since I've had it for 4 years. Acted as though I was lying, when I said he had the wrong number. He agreed to remove my number from their call list.
