I called them back, they said they were a debt collector, I told them we didn't and we won't ever owe them any money. They said they were looking for someone else and they would put my number on their do not call list.

Automatic message from Penn Credit Corporation who admit they are a debt collection agency and that I owe a debt, but in the automatic message, did not say from whom. I find this very suspect because I don't have any outstanding debts to my knowledge, and in the unlikely event there are debts in my name, they are definitely not legitimate.
