*** SCAM ALERT *** They call all the time. Won't verify who they are sometimes say medical bill but won't tell me Dr or facility unless I give my personal info to "verify who I am" which I won't without some reference to what they are calling, their company name etc. Then they hang up. I started calling them back, and trying to get info without verifying my personal info they will not tell me anything and hang up. I've looked up this number before and ARS came up. My mother (where I haven't lived in 20 years but is an emergency medical contact) received a collection bill with my name on it for $38.46 and extremely general with date of service from 2015 (a date I was in the hospital) but not the right one or one that comes up in Google (fake name probably) and the bill is so small (it wouldn't be in collections for 1 and no other past due medical bills match the amount) the hospital and other doctors don't know either. My assumption is a SCAM as it has 3 different p.o. boxes from several states and they are hoping it is such a small bill to "let your credit get a hit" people just blindly pay it then they get 40 bucks plus all your personal info, cc info and either steal your identity or keep sending random small collection bills?!? Now, they just keep calling and when I answer everytime, they hang up on me....and when I call back they hang up on me when I call them out. (They just did that, and do it all hours and days) ***beware, I wouldn't give them money, any info, wish they could be stopped***

A lady call me and ask me to verify my information while I was driving taking my mom to the airport, I did not want to give my information since I could not the company s name she was talking about. I said that I am driving and she said “ you are not drink mam, you are not driving.” And hang up. She was incredibly rude.

Just got a call from a rude lady asking for my information, Then when asked what 'Accounts' this is pertaining to, she refused to answer my questions or give any information unless i answered her questions to 'Verify' my identity. Hung up.
