Received same time last year about iCloud issue which I was actually having. They convinced me to logon to my computer and while I was asking more questions I became extremely alerted and disconnected them and the power of my laptop before anything happened. I remember fighting to take control back of my cursor and knew there was a serious problem. How did I fall for it!! Never again!! Beware!!
