In Spanish claiming to be from the San Diego Electric Company (Robocall) reported by


Left message on answering machine saying that I needed to immediately contact them or my electricity would be shut down in 30 minutes after phone call for not paying my bill. Which I have & I don't even live in San Diego. Basically a BS phone call trying to scam you.
